More than just a conversation.

 

Coaching is the process of engaging in regular, structured conversations designed to shift your perspective, help you understand behavior patterns, and build trust within yourself. 

This support is in service of reaching specific goals related to various aspects of your life, relationship to yourself or with others, career growth, leadership capacities, and more.

While coaching is not therapy, these conversations are completely confidential.

As a coach I do not solve the the problem directly by prescribing a solution.
Rather, I gently challenge the status quo and guide the discussion based on your inner system of parts and available external resources.

HOW IT WORKS

1.

Intake and Goal Discussion


Our first discussion is focused on understanding your current situation, key players in your life and or sphere of work, and getting clear on your general development goals.

I'll introduce you to the Internal Family Systems model and answer any questions you have.

2.

Development Plan


From there I will determine a loose development plan for you in accordance with your requested areas of development. While I don't heavily structure my sessions, I also want you to have a roadmap for the general direction we're headed. 

This way we can course correct if goals or preferences change.

3.

Coaching Sessions


Now for the fun part! We will meet  1:1 for confidential conversations for however many sessions we have agreed upon.

Sessions are:

  • 50 minute in length (unless otherwise requested)
  • Held on a regular cadence
  • Completely Confidential
